Shipping and Returns

UK Shipping

 

  • All orders are dispatched either the same day or the next working day.

  • Shipping within the UK is £2.99 for 2-3 day delivery.

  • Free shipping on all orders over £45.

  • Next working day delivery is available at £6.99 on orders placed before 13:00.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.  Please contact us with an outline of your intended order for a calculation. 

Please note that customs charges may apply.

Returns Policy

All orders are subject to our 30 day returns policy. 

 

Any item can be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items returned must be in the condition they were received, unused and unwashed.  All returns will be inspected before refunds are issued. 

 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of items.

Faulty items can be returned within the warranty period and will be replaced or refunded within 14 days
