Warranty
 

Little Fern offers a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.

This warranty covers flaws in fabric, stitching, PUL, fastenings (including any zips, snaps or hook and loop) and elastics.

The warranty does not cover

​

• Leaks – these are usually caused by a fit or absorbency issue.  Feel free to contact us to see if we can help!

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Any item purchased second hand

• Odours, staining or ammonia build up

• Shrinkage of natural fibres – this is unavoidable and increases the absorbency of the nappies

• Issues caused by misuse including but not limited to using bleach or fabric softener, washing at temperatures higher than 60 degrees, frequent tumble drying, soaking or drying on a direct heat source

• Any type of modification made to the product

To claim a replacement product under warranty please contact us with photos if possible to show us the problem.  If it is unclear on a photo the item can be returned to us for inspection.  Within 12 weeks of purchase we will cover the cost of return, if between 12 weeks and 12 months it will be at the customer’s cost.
